The business in the world today has become so competitive that without the right strategy your business can not make or survive it in the competitive market, In other to outsmart business competitors most especially the ones that deal with the same products and services as you, you have to follow some essential guidelines in order for you not to fall victim of business crashing or rundown, because if you fail to do so you will end up loosing a lot of customers and when there' s no body to patronize your goods and services, it will lead to heavy loss and put you in debts.

1 Identify your competitors

The first and foremost step to beat your competitors is to know who and who is competing with you, this gives you the room to study and observe them, in order for you to be able to overtake them through proper analysis and strategy that will make you outsmart them.

2 Availability of products

You should always ensure your goods, services and products is easily reachable and accessible by all, by making it available at all times, when a customer is constantly told that the product he or she is looking for is unavailable, it makes your business less reliable, thereby indirectly chasing them to look for it elsewhere.

3 Reduce cost of production

Ensure to minimize your cost of production in your business, when your cost of production is high the prices of the products gets inflated and this can chase away buyers and business seekers, but reducing your cost of production will lead to increased sales and yield higher profits.

4 Be innovative

An Innovative person is more likely to be a creative person who brings new ideas to his or her business, customers will get bored and tired of your products if there' s not remarkable change that will further interest them to seek your services and goods, always have it in mind meet their demands and wants.
5 Make your customers happy

Making your customers happy is very important, it makes them stick to you for a long period of time, be polite and nice when talking to them, Also, satisfying them will eventually boost your business and retain both old and existing customers.
6 Let your products stand out

In whatever business line you find yourself, always endeavor to give the best to your customers, make sure your products, goods and services are of high standards and quality, by so doing your business will grow from a smaller firm to a more bigger and recognized firm.
